Desmond Huey is a true creative, a multimedia producer, and a consummate artist who infuses passion and subtext into his work. An award-winning filmmaker, actor, and writer, he is known for his work in front of and behind the scenes on Empire (2020), Blooming Lion (2019), and Chi-Raq (2015). Not limited to the visual medium, Huey is an accomplished public speaker and music producer whose curious, determined, and solution-seeking nature has served him well. From Columbia College Hollywood to the Cannes Court Metrage, Desmond’s work as a film producer is internationally recognized. He currently works as an HS Location Coordinator on Power Book IV: Force (2020).
